Visiting Our Church Plants

Fr. Edward and I have had a wonderful opportunity in the past six months to visit three of our Church Plants and Planters from the south and east of Washington State. We began in the Spring with a visit with Fr. Bob and the people of Iona Community. We enjoyed a beautiful time of worship as well as dinner and a Parish Meeting. I was encouraged to see a community of worshipers who loved Christ and each other well. Being a planter is not an easy job but Fr. Bob has a wonderful team of people around to support and carry the ministry with him. Praise the Lord!

At the end of the Summer Fr. Edward and I were able to worship with Christ our Peace in Spokane and Church of the Resurrection in Moses Lake. Both Fr. Billy and Fr. Jesse are young church planters who long to see their cities reached with the gospel of Jesus. We were honored to spend time with these Planters, their families, and their Parishes.

We were encouraged as we worshiped with each of these congregations and you should be encouraged as well to know that the work of planting gospel centered, Anglican churches is a live and well in the Pacific Northwest!
