The Anglican Diocese of Cascadia

 Sermons & Services

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
— Romans 12:2

The Daily Office Explained

The Daily Office for worship at home or the Church has been the cornerstone of Anglican spirituality since the 16th century. Now, using our 2019 Book of Common Prayer and the internet, you can join me and our church family in prayer wherever you are. The Diocese of Cascadia website has a new page “Sermons & Services” where you can play a video for Morning Prayer, Evening Prayer and Compline and pray along with us by either using your 2019 BCP, the downloadable service bulletin that you can printout, or by using the DailyOffice2019.com website (which includes the lectionary readings). We will update the videos once a week and show the lectionary date used for each service so you can follow the same Scripture and optional prayer selections. (You can use the calendar link in DailyOffice2019.com provided on our webpage to select same date and service.)
