Synod will be held at Holy Trinity Edmonds on October 20th and 21st.
Check in will open at 12:00 pm on Friday the 20th and Synod business will begin at 1pm. Please list children and ages that will attend with you in your registration so that we can plan accordingly for all ages that will be present.
Attendees are responsible for any lodging accommodations needed. The Best Western is the closest hotel, Airbnb is also a good option. A preliminary schedule is posted below and all delegate information will be available from this webpage by the 1st of September. Bookmark this page to quickly access updates.

Oct. 18 - Wednesday - 6:30pm - Clergy (and spouse) dinner reception. (Please indicate attendance when you register as a Clergy Delegate).
Oct. 19 - Thursday - 9am - 7pm - Clergy Retreat (lunch and dinner included)
Oct. 20 - Friday - 9am - 12:00pm - Clergy Retreat (lunch included)
Synod Schedule
Oct. 20 - Friday
1pm - 4pm - Synod Business (Registration opens at 12:00)
4pm - 6pm - Dinner on your own
6pm - 7pm - Evening Prayer
7pm - Fellowship in the parish hall (snacks and beverages provided)
Oct. 21 - Saturday (Schedule may change based on election timeline)
9am - Morning Prayer
10am - Election of a Bishop
12pm - 1:30pm - Lunch (included in your registration)
1:30pm-3pm - Service of Celebration and Eucharist (live-stream available)
